Rachael Kelly is the Founder and CEO of HiveSMART Consulting and the best-selling author of From Trauma to Triumph. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across hospitality, travel, technology, and sports, she’s known for transforming organizations through thoughtful strategy and people-first leadership.
HiveHEALTH was created to bring advocacy, clarity, and concierge-level care coordination to individuals and families, regardless of insurance status. Rachael’s leadership is grounded in empathy, systems thinking, and a deep commitment to whole-person well-being. Before launching HiveSMART, Rachael served as Chief People and Culture Officer at Smokey Bones, where she led a major culture shift that earned the company back-to-back Great Place to Work certifications and national recognition for advancing diversity in leadership. The Florida Diversity Council named her 2022 Woman of the Year for her work.
She also leads HiveSTRONG, HiveHEALTH’s social impact arm supporting survivors of abuse and trafficking, reinforcing her conviction that care must extend beyond clinics into community and connection.

Coby Newell is a Member Advocate & Care Navigator with HiveHEALTH, bringing a patient-first, compassionate approach to care coordination and support. With hands-on experience navigating insurance systems, including Medicaid, and advocating for individuals and families, Coby is dedicated to making healthcare more understandable, accessible, and less overwhelming. She is especially skilled at supporting patients during stressful or vulnerable moments, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and confident throughout their care journey. Coby’s work is rooted in trauma-informed care, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail. She collaborates closely with providers, clinicians, and operations teams to coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance. Known for her empathy, organization, and calm presence in fast-paced virtual environments, Coby is passionate about removing barriers to care and helping every HiveHEALTH member feel genuinely supported from start to finish.
